Our website got a makeover!
Welcome to our new and improved site! We are excited to announce that our website got much-needed makeover: mysoulseat.com is now ikariadesign.com!
We are the same company, with the same great products, but now our website reflects our core values in a more robust way and better allows us the opportunity for growth as we expand our offerings and our ongoing mission to combat our sedentary lifestyles.
In addition to the new domain name, we have switched platforms from BigCommerce to Squarespace!
What this means for you:
Improved user experience:
If you’ve ever shopped on a Squarespace site, you know what we’re talking about - better design, layout, and easier navigation awaits!
New orders placed on our website will have a smoother checkout process as well as easier access to tracking information.
More content:
We are looking forward to the opportunity to share more blog posts, videos, and information related to our collective efforts to promote active and healthy lifestyles through movement.

Customer account / security:
Due to Squarespace’s amazing efforts to protect users and customers, Squarespace does not allow any user or customer data to be uploaded by anyone other than the users themselves.
While we think this is just fantastic from a privacy standpoint, this means that if you had a customer account on our old website you will need to make a new one here for future orders, as we are unable to transfer that data.
If you’re an existing customer waiting on an outstanding order, don’t worry, we’ve got you! You are still in the queue for shipment and you will have received an email from us specifically for you regarding your order status.
If you have any questions regarding your order history or a current outstanding order after receiving your personalized email, please email hannah@mysoulseat.com directly.

You will even have an opportunity to receive a second 10% off coupon when you join the newsletter, as each one of you are considered “new customers” on ikariadesign.com! :)
